Constraint Problem

Hi,
I have a problem in Maya and hope someone can help me. I think this is very easy but I dont find a solution.

I have got two cubes. A large one and on top a small one. I want to animate the large one and the small one should move and rotate in the way, that it seems it is glued on top.
And: Then I want to move the small cube on the top from one corner to the other but I am still animating the large cube.
Understandable? :-)

Thanks for help,
Hans

Just parent it? you could parent constrain it but you would need to group the small cube and constraint the group to the big box if you still want to animate the small cube.
