Camera Aim problems

I am having trouble with my camera aim function in maya 2015. I have created a camera and aim and keyframed many points. I tested it and was looking great until later I viewed that cameras perspective and accidentally moved around the object manually (control + click rotate). Now my camera will not follow the aim point no matter what i try to do. I tried to constrain the camera and aim but no luck. Help would be greatly appreciated.

As you can see in these images, The camera and aim are connected but the camera never changes its rotation or angle to keep the aim point in the center of the camera's perspective.
