This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

Maya Hair and Fields
I'm trying to explore Maya hair but I get stuck at the point where fields are introduced. I cannot make fields affect the hair system. I've tried increasing the magnitude but to no success.
I'm working with Maya 2012.
I would appreciate any piece of advice!
