Hide groups

Hi,

i have create a object out of a curve through revolve. The object and the curve are in 2 different display-layers.
Now i want to group the objects and the curves and hide the group.
Because i want man Display clear to work on new objects.
This doesnt work.

Can you help me?

I'm not quite sure what you mean. What doesn't work? Grouping objects that are on different display layers seems to work for me. Try removing the objects in question from your display layers, grouping, and then adding to display layers again.
