Snap while moving.

Hello everyone! user added image
I'm kind of new in Maya, i've working on Cinema 4D for years, and now, switch to Maya is very hard.
While modeling etc there are a thing that i can't find on Maya that it was on Cinema 4D.
In Cinema 4D when you were rotating, scaling, moving, you was able to snap while you press shift.
But it wast snapped to grid, it was snapped in cm or degress, i was only able to move or scale each 10 cm for example, or just rotate each 5 degress while i pressed shift. I feel i can't make exact movements in Maya. (I remember i DON'T want snap to grid, i want to snap by units).
Is that amazing option in Maya, how to enable it?
Thanks you user added image

Yes, if you look in the tool settings, you will find discrete move, discrete rotate, etc. You can turn that on and set your desired distance/angle. If you then uncheck the option, you can hold down the 'j' key to temporarily enable the snapping. Not as intuitive as shift, but just as effective.
