Batch Render Issues

Hi im new to Maya and have only been working on it for a short amount of time.
I was trying to render out a scene with batch render when i noticed that it was just rendering out the start frame over and over again. I ended up with 200 of the same images. I have gone into my render settings and looked over everything as well as watched a bunch of tutorials on how to do it in case i missed something but its all normal. My start frame is set to 1 and my end frame is 200. I'm rendering on Mental Ray and when i batch render on Maya Software it does the frames like it should. I am using Maya 2015 SP2, Please Help me. Let me know if you need to know anything.

I think at the frame range, instead of start frame (300) change to start frame 1, and end frame (375) change to 200 also start number (on renumber frame) put 1, try that may be

I'd try just unchecking renumber frames to see if that's causing a problem. Your start and end frames are actually 300 and 375 not 1 and 200. By using the "Renumber frames" options, you're telling it to label the image sequence counting from 200 onwards. If you check the file name info right under the common tab label, you'll see that naming convention reflected there.
