I have done a model which completed its rigging also now I want to add some mesh to that so my question is how we can add mesh without affecting the rigg part I mean skin weights

The geometry that you want insert on your body, i think is beside a certain joint
so you can select the vertex of that part, select the joint or joints and go to
Bind/options with only change: "selected joints" apply and tested.
