Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

::The human body::

Hi,

This is another project I'm working on for my demoreel: The human body. I still have to tweak a lot on the model but I like it so far.

Enjoy,...

Wow, really nice model user added image. Thats the body of a man without skin! I dont think any guy shows the definition of his legs quite that much... really good though user added image

Now if I could only make a person like that. Good Job. And as M said, too much muscle in his legs.

Great model.. one thing I notice is that his leg length seems to be a bit short, but that might be the view can you post a true front view?

Hey, just saying again, really great model. Just yea, if you like that muscular look then thats great, i do too. Just if you ever want to use it as a main chacter in a animation or whatnot, you may want to soften that out. Very cool though user added image.

It has been a while since I updated this post so here it is. I just started rigging the model. I am building a little muscle system underneath the skin so it will deform better.

Comments are welcome...
