T72 M1 latest version

After days of effort, I finally finished the new texture. It looks more better than before. user added image So I think I should post it here. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

a suggestion: the dof is a bit too much. the area where it is sharp is a bit too small. maybe you can change it so that the beginning of the gun is just out of focus, rest of tank in focus, and the background right behind tank not in focus again. another thing i noticed, the ground is too flat for such a dark earth. maybe it would be better looking with desert - but even desert is not completely flat.

other than that, great model and texture on the tank user added image

As mentioned above, the DOF is a bit harsh though.

Thanks for the replies. The scene is too simple and too bald. I will improve it and add some trees, stones and so on. But it needs time because it isnt an easy task for me so far. Hehe, but I will keep it up.

A bump map on the ground might make it a little more....bumpy i guess = )

Wow bettery, now thats a nice tank! Awesome texturing job! How long did that take you? I agree that the dof is a bit off, but thats easily fixable user added image.

Thanks for the comments. I used a layer shader to make it dirty. And I also adjusted the highlight, the lights and so on. It took me a long time indeed. But I think its worthy. user added image
