nurbs patches~animate

someone please help....

I 've made a clean (no seam) nurbs model and trying to animate ... made skeleton and painted wights on it but when i move joints...the surface is coming apart....am i missing anything....please help....anyone!!!

make sure the seams of your nurbs patches are weighed the same.
