I was thinking... and thinking... and nothing came to my head,
so i just sat down at my PC , turned Maya and this is what came out after a few minutes

This is how the feet will look.

Oh and the "thing" will have 5 leg's.

in the Animation panel(or what is that called) then Deform>Create Nonlinear>Twist
