Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

UV mapping on polygon smooth proxy

I am using maya5 polygon smooth proxy on a model of a female head and I need help on how to transfer de uv coordinates of the low poly model to the smooth one.
I take the uv of the smooth mesh subdivision level 0, and I need to transfer that uv to the subdivision level 2 and when I do that, the uv goes crazy.
I check the allow topology mod so I can edit the mesh and proyect the uv's.
I tried to use the polygon transfer uv only, and did not work, and also the edit polygon clipboard actions copy paste uv's and nothing.
Please help me
I am using on the smooth mesh : method linear
subdivision level 2
divisions per edg 1
