River

hey guys.

i have another problem. i'm trying to make a river with all that flowing water and stuff. i tried using Fluid Effects coz i saw an Ocean maker there. the problem was, it really looked like the ocean. but what i wanted was a river. how do i accomplish this using Fluid Effects? user added image

Don't know about Fluid Effects much but have you tried with Curve Flow effect which utilizes particles. Blobby particle type might do the trick...
