Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Are the new Max and Photoshop sites gonna be designed with the new design and logo or are they going to have the current theme for now. And when are all the sites changing themes?

Yeah, but no but yeah but no....

Any sneak previews as far as what we can expect at simplyphotoshop? Is it going to be more about using photoshop with 3D apps for texturing, creating textures, compositing, etc. (keeping with the other "simply" sites) or just general photoshop tips and tutorials? The reason I'm asking is that there are already so many photoshop tutorial sites out there with the typical stuff (creating interfaces, buttons, layerFX, photo-editing, etc.).

I think (and correct me if I'm wrong, Kev) that SPS will be more about using Photoshop on its own. It would seem to make sense to me that texture creation should be kept with the 3D sites, as I'm sure some people wouldn't appreciate having to purchase points at another site to learn about it. Especially since points aren't transferable between Simply's.

So, I'd imagine most topics being How to use Photoshop and its tools, Compositing, Digital Painting, Matte Imaging, possibly Web Design making use of PS's ImageReady program, etc.
