Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

Really nice mate... Textureing i would cut him in half to lay out the uv then duplicate to make the other side.....

Just search for dinosaurs or dragons on the net you should be able to find some reference.

Coming together nicely I really like the job you did on the head.

On the wings / arms they look a little odd as in all the pictures I have seen dragons tend to have their arms / forelegs integrated with their wings rather than seperate. For example;

https://www.princeton.edu/~sgu/pcon26/images/dragon.jpg

There's no reason not to have them seperate of course, but it does look a mite strange. The back legs look a bit tiny to support the bulk. Like the shape of the wings though - suits the head nicely.

I would make the legs a little more defined (muscular) and larger on the top half. Look at a dog leg or velociraptor like this one.
This is for the muscle

And for the shape (import as a side view reference)
