This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

Just got my copy of the book "How to get a job in computer animation" today and I must say its great and easy to read.... the index of companys alone is worth the price..

Its covers everything... from diffrent types of demos to what to put in a reel and resumes..... you name it....

hey kurt. been looking your site, did you textured/animated your calibretto model?(and will you dispaly it?) i find it is cool (even if it feels kinda slimer/less massive that in the comic) (you used subd? my try with nurbs at the time batlechasers was out was what made me hate trims... i was starting tough, think one of those days when/if i pull time from the vacuum ill rebuild it)

Hey Kurt, is it possible to perhaps put down a few extracts from the book?

I might be interested in a getting a copy, but I'd like to read a passage or two from it before deciding.
