Mental Ray and SSS

Okay, suppose Mental Ray is used to render a scene, is there any way to control color bleeding? What do i do if I want colors to bleed more? what do i do to make it only bleed a tiny bit?user added image

mess with the photon settings. try changing the photon color to the color you want to bleed and adjust the ligh photon exponent.

to control color beeding go to the actual shader in the attribute editor and scroll down to the mental ray section and turn down the irradiance color down. see image
