flock me

Anyone know of any "flock" type of controllers in Maya. I'm trying to do a swarm of fireflies, and it would be nice not to have to hand animate each one.

there are few scripts/plugins at highend. haven't tried them though...

I think there is a script called "gnats" that does this quite well.
