It's not all that bad ckyuk. Just remember that hips and shoulders (actually everything) do move as well while a character is walking. In your animation they don't and that's why he looks like he swallowed an iron bar or something

Definitely a lot better, but still looks a bit rigid.
It's probably just the camera angle, but it looks like he's leaning back a bit.

Don't think he's leaning back, must be the angle but he definitely is still too rigid. I think the biggest problem is with his arms, i'll try to get something done about them later tonight.

His feet need to move more toward the center line. He'd fall over when he lifts a leg the way he is at the moment.
