2d textures...

ok
so i just figured out how to use 2D textures on my models
yay for me huh...
but mow i need to know if there is any way to make the textures transparent after they have been applied
i am trying to make glass that you can see through so i could reely use your help

you need to use the transparency channel in the texture node itself. You can apply a greyscale image to that to get your transparency.
