new animation...

hello there,
I just purchased and recieved after effects. I am now broke, however I am finally able to make me some animations! I started by making this clip. There are tons of layers, as I am trying to learn compositing. anyhoo, here it is (windows media):

Nice. good all around.. the foot seems to not be placed very solid while its stepping on the flower.

Nice! I agree about the foot placement. The flower seems to sway rather unnaturally at the beginning, against the wind.

Great start... yes the foot looks like it glides a bit just clamp the keys of the foot in the graph editor.

should of had the butterfly stick to the bottum of it's foot as it walked away,,user added image user added image

awsome stuf hah!

what you could do instead of having the thing crushed..is the butteflow shown to be smooshed into the grass...but then start twitching and come back to life so it flys away user added image

thanks guys! great c+c, the foot does slide too much, I was trying to make it look like it was squishing the butterfly like a guy would put out a ciggarete. but as I look back on it, it just looks like he is moon walking.

I like the idea about the butterfly coming back to life - or maybe a mad scientist brings him back to life. Franken-butter stein-Fly, or something. And then BFly gets its revenge Muwahaha user added image
