When I render the text disappear but the shadows stay in tact :s

I've tried a 'solution' I found on google to delete all history and then to render but still no luck

After clicking every button on my ketboard i found alt to be the helper :) thanks anyway

I can't at all change views, i can obviously rotate etc, but it seems the center focus point is always the centre of the grid how do i move around my view to make things easier?:help:
