Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

my two cents..and a question.

dont worry about questions. everyone's got them, whether your a beginner, intermediate or a experienced artist.

edge loops are just 4 sided polygons that wrap around and around the model, ie. eyes, nose, lips, that mimick the muscle structure of the real body. essential for proper muscle deformation, rigging, shading/lighting, and texture mapping.

by the way, i have a question myself. what are these "nodes, expressions" that mjpoly tools leaves behind? im guessing that they are some sort of artifacts/junk are something? i will be using the mjpoly tools alot soon, so i was concerned.

and if someone would be kind enough, how do i impliment this mel script to clean up the "expressions". please dont roll your eyes... im just learning about mel scripting and how to use them. do i just cut and paste the command lines that i see in the forum into my script editor and hit execute? wait a minute, i should go and try that out now!
