Problem - Poly Face + Nurb Eyes

Hi, can anyone please assist me...
When I scale/rotate the Dragon head, the eyes do not match up...
how can I lock a nurb to a poly?
like when I move the head, the eyes follow?....

try grouping them together. they should have a common pivot then which you can move with Insert key...

I used the pivot function once but now I forgot...
