hmmm...

I was kinda worried when Autodesk bought Maya. But so far I think everything has been implemented in to Maya has been for the majority very positive. I know they're trying to merge, in a way, some of the good features of studio max into maya and get rid of what doesn't work in maya. I heard at this years GDC (Game Developers Conference) that Autodesk is going to completely get rid of Maya and Max eventually to create the ultimate 3D program. I think they're making the changes slowly but surely.
