weird transparency problem

I am working on some glasses for a character and have used a anisotopic material with transparency for the glass material. The problem is that in my render it is not showing her skin or hair behind the glasses and only her eye balls. I am rendering with mental ray and any thoughts on how to fix this would be much appreciated.

Many thanks

Leon

I had to uncheck the refractions option under raytrace options and it is ok now. Did'nt really need this since I will not be rendering any colse up shots so should be fine.

Thanks
