Rendering Wireframe

I have Maya 7.0 and I would like to render some scenes I've done in wireframe (they are technical designs for a product I am making). Is this easy to do? I'm not finding an option to render in wireframe and I was thinking there should be. I'm seeing some examples on some of the other forums with what looks like wireframe renders.
