Abstract

I've got a few ideas for this thread, mainly for mental ray testing.
Here's one:

The only thing that looks the way I wanted it to is the ice but I'm sick of it already.
I'll post other stuff once I finish it.

dont know about the cube but that icey floor looks, very very very nice! as if i could slide on it once and never stop sliding user added image

howd you get it like that?

with the cube, i reckon itd look good if you had some type of light source inside of the cube, as if there was a sun and it was trying to break out

The ice looks good but I actually liked the texture on the cube, if only it was a higher res, the cube itself could use a some beveling. It reminded me a lil bit of Hellraiser.
