Importing Rigged Character Into Scene

Hey Everyone,

So I have this problem. I put together this nice model of a building and I wanted to import some of the "free" rigs that you can download off the internet (Andy 1.4 for example) into the scene. When I do so, the characters are obviously not to scale with the model.

How do I shrink the model to the size of the building model? I wasn't able to select all and scale it down like I would a polygon/nurb/etc. Help on this is much appreciated.

Chris
