This course will look at the fundamentals of rendering in Arnold. We'll go through the different light types available, cameras, shaders, Arnold's render settings and finally how to split an image into render passes (AOV's), before we then reassemble it i
What is the cheapest price you can get maya without the water mark. I was thinking about getting the student 13 months versoin but the shop said it had a watermark. I really want maya without the water mark!!!:headbang: And is there a way to convert .mp (maya ple) to .mb (maya full)
I thought there used to be a way back in the alias day they did convert your PLE files to regular Maya files for one time when you bought the software.
You can buy a studentlicense since your ten, this shouldn't be a problem i think.
and the 14 month license doesn't have a watermark

Dunno, I never heard of a way to convert, that was when V6 was out when I started.
This is the website i'm thinking of getting it from. https://www.student-software.co.uk/shop/prd949
If you look at license type it says in brackets contains educational watermark.
I even emailed them (well my Dad did) and they said it had had an educational water as well again.
Is this right?
I dont really want to waste my own money on a product i'm not 100%sure if it is what i think it is or what people say.I can take the risk but i still need to remake all my models (like 100 of them) again which i cant be bothered to cos i'm lazy.
I work at a company which sells all manner of software from maya to photoshop, trust me Studentlicenses don't have a watermark and if the company persist that it has, i would look for another company that sells software because they probably want to sell you a PLE or just don't want to sell studentlicenses.
Studentlicense costs around E140(don't know how much this is in GBP)
