This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.
If you are using metalray you will not see paintfx use maya render or convert to polys, to create hair you need UVs and if you are using metalray to render change the render quality to production..............dave
i converted to polys and used production quality in mr. it's invisible (the neon paint). in maya software there are only some blue dots (the first screenshot). i also added a directional light with 'emit photons'
