Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

wire help

How can i make the wire thinner.

It was made with a CV curve and a hair mel script.

A quick way would be to select some vertices and scale them down. You would have to select the ones positioned like a circle if you know what I mean. Do this all the way around the wire. I doubt there's anything else most of us at SM could tell you without having the actual mel script. If it's anything like a torus though, you might be able to find a "section radius" under the inputs section of the channel box. Decrease this value to make it smaller.
