I tried but there is some setting for displacement and Subdivisions. which one need to be increase?
I tried subD / edit as you see in the images in right side of the subD editor there is few option which one should be increase?

Genny , Bit explanation would be great

It really doesn't take much effort to get a good result with a low poly count for a tire, just gotta work some magic with normal angles at worst, but with a simple tire like that you wouldn't even need to take that effort, plus what Genn said would help user added image

sure you right Acid, but its not just a tire there will be more other objects which they need different line.
It's good if I try different options. its also good for others who know less about this options.

but so far, I tried with mental-ray Approx Edtr and I come up with this result. its not too bad, its take more time to render(1.27) but the result is ok, Maybe my setting is not right but you may help me out.user added image

That's that thing with displacement, I've found that it's better to have geometry with a decent resolution instead of leaving everything up to the displacement settings. You'll have to find the tessellation mode that works best with that particular map and model. Check out the different modes.
