Motion vector pass?

There are three motion vector passes in mental ray, i would like to know which one i would use to generate motion blur in after effects using twixtor.
-mv2dtoxik
-mv3d
-mv2dnormalized

Yeah, but you need a motion vector pass to do it right and in a more advanced fashion.

I don't know... but if it doesn't take too long, why not give all three a try.

I've tried the first 2, didn't work well, got some very weird motion blur, so i am currently doing a render with the 3rd type of the motion vectors(mv2dnormalised).
