Duplicate special?

It's been a while since I used this tool and I forgot how to duplicate an object but also reverse it in the other direction..I thought you just -1 it in the opposite direction. I'm trying to duplicate a car fender from the drivers side to the pass. side so it needs to reverse itself. Is that possible? Here's a snip of the fender..thanks..
