Dave you should definately write a tutorial on how you did it, I can't make it look as good as yours

Show me what you have got, most likely its going to be the global scale issue witch is easy to fix in the fur node............dave

here it is, this isn't the model I want to use in the final version, this was just a polygon cylinder I quickly made paintable and painted the grass on

Create a thin cylinder with about 100 divides (so we can bend it latter) delete the caps. With the cylinder selected go to the fur tab and select grass.........................dave

That actually turned out pretty well, I only have one question remaining is it possible to assign shaders to it like for example a silver shader or do i have to use base colors to simulate silver
