UV unwrappin

Hey guys, if i unwrap my uv's before my model is smoothed can i smooth it after and stilll have unwrapped uv's? Like... i dont feel like pulling 2000 more verts user added image.. i would love to know. Thanks

You should be ok smoothing your mesh after unwrapping UVs. You might need to some minor adjustments though, but nothing too major.
