Game Boy

Here's the final pic of a Game Boy I did. The WIP can be found here:

I'm not 100% satisfied with the render, but it'll have to do. There is no HDRI, just a white light dome around the scene for ambient lighting, and a point light with just specularity for the highlights.

looks amazing, very realistic, very close to the real thing, curious though, why no HDRI?

i think some fingerprints on the screen would make it extra realistic, haha, just kidding, my old game boy woulda been full of prints though and smears

Thanks, actually there are some fingerprints and dirt on the screen, doesn't show up so well, look at the lower edge.

Didn't get the reflections/colors I wanted with HDRI, tried a bunch of different images and settings.

Like Turbo Dan said, it's very realistic, and pretty much identical to the real thing. Are you sure you didn't just take a photo of one to fool us?

(Yes, now that I look closely, I can see a nice healthy finger-print smudge on the screen!)

its nice but i think the bump map is a little bit too deep.

but i dont know y but i think the d-pad looks wrong not shape but texture
