I want to bring my Robotic arm to the position as it is shown at 0:04 in the video. Please help how to do this?

Actually i dont have an instructor, i am working on a laboratory automation project and learning Maya from online tutorials. I am required to model and animate the labortory, that why i posted this thing here ... having a lot of troubles with the armDoesn't it already do this? Shouldn't your instructor be able to help you out from Animation Mentor?
