This course will look at the fundamentals of rendering in Arnold. We'll go through the different light types available, cameras, shaders, Arnold's render settings and finally how to split an image into render passes (AOV's), before we then reassemble it i

How much do you sleep?? zzz I am suffering,

Ok how many hours do you people sleep? I mean what is your daily average ?

I sleep 5 hours roughly. I want to sleep more but I have to get up @ 5.20 for work and I get back from work around 7-8pm then I do my private design stuff till 12.

Will I self-combust? Are any of you in similar situation? Is there any way I can trick my body into believing that everything is fine?
I did lot of googling and looks like I need minimum 7 hours or I will be heading for serious trouble:-(

I get a good amount of shut eye... usually asleep by 11pm and up by 7:30am. Not too bad.

Well I think I'm pretty good off.

I sleep about 7-7.5 hours on weekdays and about 10 hours on the weekend.

Bit of an insomniac myself, it varies from 3-5 hours a night, occasionally I'll have a catch up day. I'm used to long hours and being on call, so I am a proficient napper - a tactical nap is a good way to convince your brain not to kill you.

Nem...come on you are not telling me that you sleep 3 hours everyday??
We are not talking about once in a while.
I am talking regularly. I don't believe that you sleep only 3 hours everyday.
