Help: tablet+acrobat reader=funny behavior

when the acrobat reader is open the tablet starts acting funny. When i stop pressing the cursor goes to the upper-left of the screen and acts as if i had pressed the right button. It doesnt matters wether acrobat is maximized or minimized, it acts funny until i close it.)

Anybody knows how to disable the interferences that acrobat causes to the tablet?

(i mean it is tedious having to close it and open it every time i want to read a paragraph or two... instead of just minimizing it)
