Apartment Porch

This is a small personal project that I am working on for myself. I have been using maya sporadically, but now I am back at it full time and am trying to make a career for myself with it again.

There's nothing normal about normals. In FACT i think the are abnormal.

Hmm, yes I like it. But I also find something different about the plant. Looks alot like paint->polygon conversion. Also, the brick texture looks a bit off. Somewhat faded, maybe add a bump map to it or up the anny(?) on the one thats already there.

Here is an updated image. Yes I am using the paint effects conversion. I am trying to get the details around the door correct before I try to model other artifacts. Kinda working inside out.
