I was playing with the Renderer and...

in the Render Globals I changed the resolution to "4K Square"...just to see what is it going to look like...

and all of the sudden maya became a RAM-eating-best!! user added image

I had to close it because I think it froze!

(I have 512MB DDR by the way)
