frank tutorial

Hi guys,
I'm currently doing the free trank tutorial and I seem to hav run into a problem with the boolean tool.
I'm trying to boolean the neck into the head, but wen I click the boolean tool, nothing happens. The relevant points of the neck are wel inside the head like the tutorial say but nothing happens------arggghh

Hia.

Have you tried deleting the history? This seems to be a fairly common reason for the op failing to work.

Don't really have a clue what the problem is I'm affraid.
Downloaded your file and tried it. Tried selecting the head then the body - fine. Tried Selecting the body then the head - fine.

Somebody here must surely have a better answer than this though?

Anyway, boolean'd file is attached.

just in case someone else had the same problem, could you explain what you found was wrong with what you were doing?
