problem

I have al little problem. I'm modeling some house in maya 8 using polygons, in the modelspace everything looks great but when I render a frame I get an image with a lot of triangles. I hope someone can help me.

what are you using to render the scene, where are your lights, and could you zoom in and re-render so we could see some details to the problem?

Check your normals and also run Mesh > Cleanup... (options) and tick non manifold geometry. Check and repair the errors.
