This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.
Is it possible to create uv mapping(The file you transport to other programs to edit the texture) that got lightning so that you can see depths in Maya? For example for what i want to get look at this image.
Okey thanks for the answer but there is one thing i dont understand and that is, where is the shadow node? O_o
I guess it is somewhere in the hypershade but i dont know where.... I tried this one + selecting the object but the texture is still plain grey.
Hmm is it possible to snapshot so that it includes the texture?
The reason why i want to do this is so i get the image in a better resulotion then the 512 that seems to be the best for the shaded texture.
