I like the zoomed out look, it gives it more of a scenery that kind of gives a feel for the homeless guy.

Nice. Do you have a closer render of the man and dog that we can see. Like one your rendered out when you were modeling it?
Im not sure how far you are into the picture, but textures are lacking along the green fence.
Also maybe you could use a spot light in the scene, and some fog do add a bit of enviroment.
The fall out from the light up the top of the pic seems to choppy. Doesnt fall of gradually if you know what i mean.
These are just some ideas.

There's nothing normal about normals. In FACT i think the are abnormal.

why is there a light directly above the homeless man and the dog? is it actually there, or just a light you added to help illuminate your subjects? if it's just a light you created, hide it. it detracts from the scene. if it's part of the scene, then you need to cover it with some graffiti too, cause i don't think graffiti artists are gonna cover a whole wall but also say, 'hey don't spray the light!'

Agreed the light is better. Are you using GI for the render?

graffiti texture is looking real good, nice scene. Will be following this post.
Maybe it would look a bit better with the black space filled with a background, maybe some tall buildings. That part of the image is looking empty to me.
