Yup I use it quite a bit! In fact I was just using it a couple of mins ago!

Its not as easy to get from endorphin to maya as they say it is though, theres a few probs with scales etc from the export to import and visa versa (or there is with my importer/exporte) and it can be a little tricky to get the behavious working how you want them to

motion builder is a breeze to get into maya.., and easy to use if you invest in the tuts and once you get over the hundreds of control nodes.., I thought endorphin (I like the name) was difficult, but I never tried it.

Animating in endorphin is very very easy, you just need to have either motion capture files to import on the character or animation files and an idea of what you want.

What you basically do is take a mo cap clip, and modify it with endorphins behaviours (which is called dynamic motion synthesis) and posing tools.

Its posing tools are great, you can have a pose, set the character in another prose at a different keyframe and endorhpin will do the rest, its not like setting a key in say maya which would animate the movement in a liniar motionm the character willl try to get into the pose with his own physical stregnths and movements keeping human motions and physical limits in mind.

It can create complex animations say, falling, hitting the ground, being hit by a car, being blown up etc etc in seconds

Only downside that I can find is that for good looking sequences you need to have quite a bit of mo cap that you need for the various "linking" parts.

Worth getting the PLE and the free tutorials as it comes with a lot of mo cap data with it, but i think your limited to what you can export.

You cant export at all. You can import from Maya though so if you do some hand animating on the pre-made rigs those can be put into the program.

nearly convinced me to go find it, sounds good, nut I have so little time and so much to do, I'm staying in bed today, sick. when uni is over maybe, and I try some serious movie/animation making.., might be worth getting.., is it easier than MB?
