I'm trying to use an image-sequence as displacementmap, but when i batch-render it just shows the first frame of my sequence..
I tried different imageformats, and even adding an attribute via this script:

addAttr -ln miDisplaceAnimation -at bool shapeNode;

but no luck so far
please helpme!

thnx.

Did you set the render options so that it would render multiple frames?

maya does not like frame padding or file formats at the end of sequences
should look somthing like this
1
5
10
100 etc

make sure you dont have .tiff .rla at the end denoting format etc as well.
