This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

50 missing movies in 3D world??

i just brought a 3D world mag which boasted on the front that the DVD CONTAINS, not a download, 50 of the best ever animated shorts while meanwhile the editor goes on to say what fun it was picking them

this site IS (??) somehow connected to this company isnt it??? i mean 3D world??

well, the problem is, because i dont really need 3D world to learn (i go to college for that) and im not in the industry enough yet to fully understand a lot of the business news..,

i just wanted to see the 50 shorts.., they arent on my DVD.., its impossible to contact the mag without jumping through a million hoops.., i mean some of us have better things to do than look for an hour on how to contact the mag (though i noticed one can just slip in if you want to advertise in the mag)

can someone tell me.., where these shorts are..,

issue 102

theres a great dino tut, 7 hours but i am not interested atm in modeling a dino

Mirek ????

This site isnt affiliated to the mag.

To solve the problem, turn the DVD over, its double sided..

If that dosent work and you wanted to contact them they have a site, just google 3d world, then on the main page theres a contact us link...

As gster mentioned the disc is doublesided, one with tutorial files and extras, and one with the 50 movies, there are some great videos on there.
